- Upon the ticket holder’s entry into the stadium, ARIS FC reserves the right to verify the holder’s identity by requesting the presentation of an appropriate official document, such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence, as the ticket is issued in the holder’s name and may not be transferred in any manner whatsoever.
- The entry and presence in the stadium of a minor under the age of 14 is permitted only when the minor is accompanied by an adult. In all cases, responsibility for any acts or omissions of the minor shall be assumed by the person or persons exercising parental responsibility and custody over the minor.
- The match ticket holder is required to comply with the decisions and instructions of the Police, ARIS FC and its security personnel, in order to ensure the orderly conduct of the match.
- The possession, use or distribution of banners, flags or material of a political, commercial or advertising nature is strictly prohibited. The possession of alcoholic beverages, medicinal substances, lighters, coins, weapons and flares is also strictly prohibited.
- Lending the match ticket to any third-party individual IS NOT PERMITTED.
- In the event that the ticket is lent to a third-party individual, the ticket holder shall be considered jointly responsible for any acts or omissions that either contravene the stadium’s operating regulations during a football match or are subject to criminal or civil penalties and may be committed by the individual entering the stadium using the holder’s ticket.
- In the event of any violation of the applicable legislation or proven inappropriate conduct by the ticket holder, ARIS FC may, at its sole discretion, prohibit the holder from entering the stadium, including permanently, seek compensation for any direct or consequential loss suffered, and report the relevant unlawful conduct to the competent Public Prosecutor or other judicial authority for criminal prosecution and the imposition of further penalties.
- For security reasons, a closed-circuit surveillance system is in operation to record events taking place inside the stadium. For this reason, the deliberate covering of a ticket holder’s face for the purpose of concealing their identity is prohibited.
- The recording of video footage and the retransmission of the football match for radio or television use are prohibited.
- In the event of a disciplinary sanction, change of venue, cancellation of the match, the staging of a match behind closed doors, the staging of a match with a restricted number of spectators, or for any other reason imposed by the competent sporting or other authorities, the ticket holder shall have no claim and shall retain no right to a full or partial refund of the ticket price or to any other form of compensation from ARIS FC.
- Ticket Holders’ Personal Data: By purchasing a ticket, ticket holders and spectators authorise ARIS FC to collect, retain and process their personal data. Such data shall be used solely for the purposes specified by the applicable sports legislation, as well as for information purposes and promotional activities undertaken by ARIS FC and companies cooperating with it, including sponsors and official partners of ARIS FC, in relation to offers, services, competitions and coupons, using the contact details provided during the purchase of the ticket, including the holder’s full name, email address and landline or mobile telephone number.
The supporter has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without retroactive effect. Information regarding third-party recipients may be requested by contacting
ARIS FC shall make every reasonable effort to protect such data against unlawful access and unfair or unauthorised processing. Supporters who do not wish their personal data to be used for information purposes or promotional activities are requested to contact the ARIS FC Ticket Management Department.
- Entry into and attendance at the stadium require respectful and sportsmanlike conduct.
- Any commercial or advertising use of the ticket in any manner whatsoever, including its use in prize draws, is prohibited without the prior written permission of ARIS FC.
- ARIS SUPPORTERS ATTENDING THE STADIUM TO WATCH OUR TEAM MUST BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
a. When arriving at the stadium, they must carry their National Identity Card or, alternatively, a military identity card, passport or driving licence.
b. During the ticket inspection at the stadium gates, they must, when requested, present their National Identity Card, military identity card, passport or driving licence so that the necessary verification of their personal details can be carried out.
c. They must retain their ticket stub so that, should they need to leave the stadium for any reason during the match, they may re-enter through the gate indicated on their ticket. Without the ticket stub, the authorised personnel of ARIS FC may refuse re-entry into the stadium.
d. Supporters are hereby informed that, for security reasons, a surveillance system consisting of cameras is in operation to record events taking place inside the stadium. The purchase of a ticket constitutes the supporter’s implied consent to and acceptance of the operation of the stadium surveillance system exclusively for security purposes.
- In the event that the ticket holder disagrees with the above match ticket terms, they retain the right to return the ticket to ARIS FC within two days of the date of purchase and to receive a refund of the corresponding amount paid within 30 days. Failure to exercise this right within the prescribed period shall automatically constitute the holder’s unconditional and implied consent to and acceptance of all the above terms.
The collection, transmission, production or distribution of any information or data relating to the progress of the match, or any form of audio recording, video recording or recording of audiovisual material at any match, whether through the use of electronic devices or by any other means, for the purposes of any form of betting, gambling or commercial activity that has not received prior approval, or for any other purpose that violates the terms and conditions of contractual arrangements, is strictly prohibited in Championship stadiums and grounds, except where permission has been expressly granted by the Super League and the home football club.
Mobile telephones may be used solely for personal and private purposes. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, offending supporters shall, insofar as reasonably possible, be removed from the stadium under the responsibility of the home football club, provided that the violation comes to its attention.
